Another busy week so here is a brief summary of what I've been eating in pictures!
Another Chocolate Cinnamon Smoothie in a bowl, plus overflow!
My microwave omelette and what goes in it - I'm hooked on these, so handy for work!
Pitta Pizza's! Chicken, bacon, red onion and a little cheese. Sauce is just tomato puree with some basil and water. Really tasty! I'd love to make a few of these up and freeze them for the nights I just can't be bothered!
My new favourite mug - Christmas present from my mum!
And inside some coffee with fresh ground beans in my shiny new food processor!
Salmon and asparagus risotto - my boyfriends request for his birthday dinner. I was rather pleased with myself, it tasted amazing!! I'll makie it again soon and post a recipe.
Served with some chipped (I love you food processor!) butternut squash and sweet potato - baked in the oven with olive oil, salt, pepper and cumin.

Soup! Spiced north African vegetable slow cooker soup to be precise - this is a great winter soup! Will post the recipe sometime. Made a huge batch of it to freeze in portions, comes in very handy when I don't have anything prepared to take to work for lunch.
And the last of my haloumi with Nando's sauce and button mushrooms in a toasted pitta - tasted better than it looks!
