Mmm, I was naughty and added a glug of coconut syrup - I just did it without thinking, never-mind though wee bit of sugar isn't going to do much harm!
Breakfast: Some more homemade museli with berries and rice milk
I'll post a recipe in a while.
Snack: Juice! Carrot, apple, lemon and ginger - I think I'm hooked on this, love it so much.
Love my juicer too!
Lunch: Was just awesome!
Poached eggs with spinach, cherry tomatoes and chestnut mushrooms fried in olive oil
Snack: Last pack of Bear nibbles
Dried pineapple and mango - very nice, just the perfect portion size too! Though I now have a bit of a dried mango addiction, so shortly after I snacked on some more - it's like sweeties, love it!
Dinner: I think we have a new favorite here which may start to feature pretty regularly. Another quick nd easy one to prepare that tastes fantastic! King prawn balti with a little basmati rice
Snacks: It was a bit of a snacky evening, my boyfriend was out and I was BORED! I started with just a teaspoon of almond butter, then went for 2 Ryvita with houmous, then another bowl of museli with blueberries.
