I had chocolate orange protein powder, rice milk, half a banana, 2 tsp cocoa powder and 2 tsps coconut butter. Coconut butter supplies are running low
I'm starting to panic a little
Artisna people, you really need to start providing a supply of coconut butter in the UK! And some Cacao Bliss would be good too please thank you.
Staying with the coconut theme I had orgasmic coconut yogurt with strawberries before lunch
Salad of the day - big chunky salad with little gem, spring onion, carrot, courgette and yellow pepper - same veg as yesterday just chopped differently!
With tinned tuna
and mustard, garlic, EVOO and balsamic dressing
I made a few servings up in a jar, planning for it to last the week but I think I'll only get another day out of it.
Now I'm sipping on a triple shot skinny latte with sugar free hazelnut syrup and a sprinkle of cinnamon :)
